No Bake, No Dairy, Nut Free Brownies
Ingredients:
Crust
- 1 c pitted medjool dates
- 1 c dry oats (one minute or instant)
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c raw cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp Wowbutter (I find this at our local Walmart market)
- 2 Tbsp coconut milk
Fudge Top:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 c raw cocoa powder
- 4 Tbsp Wowbutter
- 4 Tbsp raw honey or agave syrup
Instructions:
- Mix together all crust ingredients in a food processor until well blended.
- Spread bottom ingredients in an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan until evenly distributed, press down tight
- Mix together top ingredients in a food processor until well blended.
- Spread top blend over bottom layer base until evenly distributed.
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares, serve and enjoy!
- Re-freeze whatever you don't eat and enjoy at a later date!
