I made these last night and they tasted amazing!  No more dry turkey!

Ingredients:

Directions:

Sauté onions over medium low heat until soft, translucent.  Cool.

In a small bowl soak breadcrumbs in milk until soft.  When ready, squeeze out milk thoroughly.

In a medium bowl add all ingredients (including onions and breadcrumbs).  Incorporate thoroughly with ground turkey (or chicken), using your hands.  Form in to two burger patties (or several small slider shapes).

Using a grill pan on medium high heat (or outdoor grill, or frying pan), cook burger until desired wellness- approximately 5-6 minutes per side.

In the meantime, toast bun and prepare burger toppings (my favorites are lettuce, dill pickle slices and american cheese).  Right before burger is ready to come off the grill, place the cheese and one side of the bun on the top. Cover with a plate so cheese melts in to burger and bun.  Serve immediately.
